“I no longer deal with every single data record,” Hazan describes the change. “I only review the cases that are genuinely unusual.”

The process has also fundamentally changed for expenses and additional costs.
Employees capture receipts directly via the mobile app – simply by taking a photo. The data is automatically assigned to the relevant assignment and is immediately available in the system.
“In the past, we had paper receipts, emails and different storage locations,” says Hazan. “Today, everything is centralised, digital and fully traceable at any time.”
This not only reduces administrative effort, but also increases transparency and traceability.
