Visits that are not pre-planned by an administrator. Field users can create ad hoc visits themselves, on demand.
Analytics consist of graphical representations based on submitted feedback. They can be of various kinds such as chart, map or gallery.
Physical good, product that can be ordered, counted or worked with at the operational location (POA - Point Of Action).
Set of articles that share certain similarities and are used for specific services, clients etc.
Part of the Celero Cloud that manages review, approval and rejection of article orders, article stock control and article returns. Here you also have the option to export all entered articles at any time and forwad them to third parties (if EDI is not activated).
Additional payment for a field resource that can be configured e.g. bonus, mileage, parking tickets or any other type of expenses.
Contains all the necessary data for defining the work contract of a resource (e.g. wage type, payment details, working time details, etc.).
In Celero One, cost centres can be used - as in cost accounting - to assign costs to the different projects and to group them. Recorded services on the project can thus be charged to the customer and the hours worked by an employee can be exported for payroll accounting and settled there.
Group of available resources, all of which meet certain minimum requirements that can be defined individually (e.g. age, gender, skills, etc.). Available jobs can be distributed or offered to the defined crowd. The resources that are part of the crowd can reserve the jobs themselves and execute them according to the defined rules.
External company for which services are provided.
Displays a predefined set of data (widgets) on your personal home screen, with the help of which you can keep an eye on all necessary KPIs in real time at any time.
Describes individual divisions within a company (e.g. electrical department, food and beverage department). All activities and services as well as customers can be divided by departments within your instance.
Celero One provides you with an e-training content management system that can be filled with data from your own existing content management application. In this module you can also track the learning success of your employees.
Here requested expenses can be checked, approved or rejected. This module also contains the expense export for your payroll solution.
Response containing the answers to the processes and questions you have defined for each visit. The feedback also contains information about the time course and media files (pictures/videos), if they were requested in the process and recorded by the employee in the field.
Within this module your invoice attachment/basis can be created. Celero One takes care of the calculation, control and export of invoices for the services provided to your client.
Identifiers that can be defined in all necessary modules to allow easier organization. Labels (tags) can be assigned to e.g. resources, POAs, etc.
Scheduled call that uses Celero One’s own streaming service. This allows participants to join the call with audio and/or video, share desktop and documents, use whiteboards and chat. No additional conferencing tools are required.
Manages all relevant master data and workflows for your company. This data is necessary for the creation of the most important Celero One objects (e.g. users, resources, POAs, customers, departments, etc.).
This is where media files submitted from the field via questionnaire (as part of feedback) are approved or rejected.
Gives the administrator within Celero One the ability to create messages and distribute documents to specific users or groups of users.
Allows for review, approval or rejection of mileage submitted by field staff.
Combination of a service for a customer (what is to be done?), a specific POA (where is something to be done?) and a specific time period or interval (when is something to be done?). Resources can be assigned to the mission (who will do the task?).
Resource that has access to the Celero One Android or iOS app.
Part of the article module that allows to review and export article orders.
Provides the necessary data to pay your resources according to the parameters defined for each mission in your own payroll solution.
During the execution of a mission, employees may be asked to upload photos of the mission location or the process being performed to the application. Photo reports illustrate the information you need in a visual way.
A point of action (POA) defines where a service must be performed. Action points can be places (e.g., a store), regions (e.g., a city district), or people (e.g., a hospital patient).
Specifies in detail how the service must be performed and what the person performing the service must do in the given circumstances. Celero One can link multiple processes together in such a way that one process can trigger the execution of another process. A process consists of several questions of different types grouped in sections. Based on the answers, the appropriate process is triggered. Processes also include the ability to provide feedback on articles, order them, return them, etc., and add photos or videos as an additional documentation. Processes can be freely created and managed according to your specific needs.
Person who performs the service in the field.
Part of the article module, through which the management, verification and export of article returns is performed.
Set of permissions that can be assigned to a group of users.
Activity that has to be performed. You can define a structured workflow that ensures that all tasks are covered and predefine the payment parameters if needed.
Management interface that allows the user to define the specified process at the POA for each service. The Service Process Designer is not a separate module, but the tool for creating your processes.
Part of the article module, which allows to check, manage and export article inventories.
Enquiry or a request for help from an employee, which is handled by the back-office support team. It is a part of the implemented Celero One help desk function. Tickets can be created by resources, customer users or external third parties (depending on the permissions you define).

Small graphical visualization that shows different types of analysis data and can be placed on the dashboard. Widgets can consist of charts, maps or media files.
