In Celero One, cost centres can be used - as in cost accounting - to assign costs to the different projects and to group them. Recorded services on the project can thus be charged to the customer and the hours worked by an employee can be exported for payroll accounting and settled there.
Group of available resources, all of which meet certain minimum requirements that can be defined individually (e.g. age, gender, skills, etc.). Available jobs can be distributed or offered to the defined crowd. The resources that are part of the crowd can reserve the jobs themselves and execute them according to the defined rules.
External company for which services are provided.
Displays a predefined set of data (widgets) on your personal home screen, with the help of which you can keep an eye on all necessary KPIs in real time at any time.
Describes individual divisions within a company (e.g. electrical department, food and beverage department). All activities and services as well as customers can be divided by departments within your instance.
Celero One provides you with an e-training content management system that can be filled with data from your own existing content management application. In this module you can also track the learning success of your employees.
Here requested expenses can be checked, approved or rejected. This module also contains the expense export for your payroll solution.
Response containing the answers to the processes and questions you have defined for each visit. The feedback also contains information about the time course and media files (pictures/videos), if they were requested in the process and recorded by the employee in the field.
Within this module your invoice attachment/basis can be created. Celero One takes care of the calculation, control and export of invoices for the services provided to your client.

During the execution of a mission, employees may be asked to upload photos of the mission location or the process being performed to the application. Photo reports illustrate the information you need in a visual way.
A point of action (POA) defines where a service must be performed. Action points can be places (e.g., a store), regions (e.g., a city district), or people (e.g., a hospital patient).
Specifies in detail how the service must be performed and what the person performing the service must do in the given circumstances. Celero One can link multiple processes together in such a way that one process can trigger the execution of another process. A process consists of several questions of different types grouped in sections. Based on the answers, the appropriate process is triggered. Processes also include the ability to provide feedback on articles, order them, return them, etc., and add photos or videos as an additional documentation. Processes can be freely created and managed according to your specific needs.

Enquiry or a request for help from an employee, which is handled by the back-office support team. It is a part of the implemented Celero One help desk function. Tickets can be created by resources, customer users or external third parties (depending on the permissions you define).
Initiate follow-up processes or trigger predefined events in Celero One (e.g. sending predefined mails, sending complete feedback PDFs to a specific hierarchy user, sending messages, etc.).
Each user has access to the modules assigned to him within Celero One based on his role and authorization.
